In addition to training workshops, Dale is available for individual consultation and coaching. Her extensive knowledge of DISC types in addition to her expertise in human behavior can provide the insight needed to address individual and group concerns. She will work with you to understand the underlying style needs that must be addressed in your situation. She will help you understand how to motivate and affirm untapped strengths in employees who are struggling. She will provide DISC answers to type-specific communication issues.
Hiring. Since we typically hire people like ourselves, organizational imbalance occurs frequently, overloading some strengths and omitting others. Dale compares the non-biased information found in a candidate’s DISC profile to the unique job requirements to help you choose wisely.
